The Dan Marc Difference

Trusted. Family Run.

Since 1984, Dan Marc Appliance has been the tri-state area's name for expert appliance repair. With certified technicians across New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, we bring manufacturer-level expertise into your kitchen rather than a general repair approach applied to it.

BBB accredited with an A+ rating, and trained by Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, JennAir and Amana. That training is the whole point: it means manufacturer procedures and manufacturer parts, not a workaround that holds until the next time.

Schedule service About us

What Sets Us Apart

  • Same-week service. Most repairs are scheduled within a few days, with an arrival window rather than a vague promise.
  • Expert service. Technicians trained on every premium appliance brand we service, which is what puts manufacturer parts and manufacturer procedures on your repair.
  • First-visit fixes. Our trucks carry manufacturer parts on every call, so most repairs finish without a second appointment.
  • Written warranty. Both parts and labor are covered, in writing, printed on your invoice.
  • Forty years of it. Serving the tri-state area since 1984, with a technician team that stays long enough to know the equipment.

Appliances We Service

Sixteen appliance types across ten service categories, including the built-in, panel-ready and specialty units most repair companies decline to touch.

Do not let a broken appliance run your week

Appliances never fail at a convenient moment. What matters when one does is how quickly somebody competent is standing in front of it, and whether they tell you the truth about what it needs.

Our trucks carry manufacturer parts on every call, because the goal is to finish the repair on the first visit rather than to book a second one.

  • An arrival window, confirmed before the technician sets out
  • A flat price approved by you before anything is opened
  • Factory parts, with the part number printed on your invoice
  • An honest answer when a repair is not worth doing

Appliance down? Call us today.

Tell us the brand, the model number if you have it, and what the appliance is actually doing. The more detail you give us, the more likely the part is already on the truck when we arrive.

Frequently asked questions

How soon can you get to my appliance?

Most repairs are scheduled within the same week. Refrigeration is moved ahead of everything else because food is at stake. You are given an arrival window when you book rather than being told to wait in all day.

What does expert actually mean?

It means our technicians are trained and certified by the manufacturer, follow manufacturer procedures and fit manufacturer parts. It is the difference between a repair that holds and one that comes back in three months.

How much does an appliance repair cost?

Most in-home repairs land between $150 and $450 including parts and labor. You approve a flat price after the diagnostics, so there is never an hourly meter running.

Which brands do you repair?

We are trained on every premium appliance brand, which covers everything from basic laundry to integrated column refrigeration and professional ranges.

Do you repair built-in and panel-ready appliances?

Yes. Built-in refrigeration columns, wine cabinets, integrated dishwashers, wall ovens and undercounter units are core work, including the panel and hinge adjustment that has to follow any door service.

What warranty comes with the repair?

Both the parts we use and the labor are covered, in writing on your invoice. If the same problem returns inside that window we come back to it.

Is my appliance worth repairing?

We will tell you honestly. As a rule of thumb, if the repair costs more than half the price of a comparable new appliance and the unit is past two thirds of its expected life, replacement is the better spend, and we will say so rather than sell you the part.

Do you cover New York as well as New Jersey?

Yes. We work across New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and the sixteen city pages on this site list the neighborhoods and ZIP codes covered in each one.
