Why Choose Us

Call us today - (973) 226-1000

What a visit from us actually looks like, and the things we will not do.

Every appliance repair company says it is fast, fair and friendly. Here is what those words mean in practice, so you can hold us to them.

Factory authorized, not factory adjacent

We are trained and certified by Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, JennAir and Amana. That means manufacturer service procedures, manufacturer documentation and manufacturer parts. Plenty of companies service these brands; being authorized by them is a different thing, and it shows up in how quickly a fault is identified correctly.

An arrival window, confirmed

You get an arrival window and a call or text before the technician sets off, not an open-ended day. If we are running late you hear it from us first.

Diagnosis before quoting

A technician tests the appliance rather than guessing from the error. Two machines can present the identical fault for entirely different reasons, and the difference between them is often the difference between a small part and a large one.

A flat price, agreed first

You approve a fixed price after the diagnosis and before anything is opened up. There is no hourly meter running and no charge for work you did not approve.

An honest answer about replacing

Some repairs are not worth doing. A bearing job on a budget washer past eight years usually costs more than the machine is worth. We say so, even though it costs us the job. It is the reason people call us back.

Parts you can check

Factory parts, carried on the truck, with the part number printed on your invoice so you can verify what went in.

Need it fixed today?

Call before noon and we will normally be with you the same day, with a two-hour arrival window and a flat price agreed before any work starts.
