The quickest way to ask
Call (973) 226-1000 during opening hours and ask for a status check. You will reach someone who can see the schedule and the parts order rather than a queue.
If you are waiting on a part
Parts that have to be ordered normally arrive within a few business days, and we book the return visit when the part is confirmed rather than when it is ordered. If a part turns out to be discontinued we tell you straight away instead of leaving the job open.
If your appointment has changed
We call or text before a technician sets off. If an earlier job runs long you will hear it from us first, and you will be offered the next window rather than losing your place.

Call before noon and we will normally be with you the same day, with a two-hour arrival window and a flat price agreed before any work starts.
